Overview

Agents & developers

Orko is the Anti-CRM and an SI-powered CRM. Keep the CRM you already have, or use Orko’s — contacts, queue, calendar, and mail stay current without living in a stale file. This public hub is for advisors learning the product and for developers connecting agents and systems.

Who this is for

Use the left navigation for advisor guides and the API reference. Signed-in workspaces also open this hub from Profile → Docs & API. Connecting Nora is a separate page — do not look for it only on this overview.

What Orko does today

A workspace picks one pack at signup: Travel advisor, Real estate agent, or Other small business. Pack rules change what Orko drafts and searches — cruise catalog on travel, no invented MLS on real estate, no assumed trips or listings on small business.

Contacts — people, tags, stages, custom fields, Smart Lists, activity timeline, contact groups.
Needs attention — briefing next-actions and drafts to approve, dismiss, snooze, or schedule.
Orko SI — in-app assistant on /api/chat (signed-in session). Searches the book, drafts mail/SMS, and can act on briefing items after you confirm.
Hub (/hub) — calendar, mail, people, briefing, Needs attention, household tasks, and Grok Bot jobs on the same Orko APIs as the rest of the product.
Clarissa Live (/clarissa-live) — inbound voice. Connect a Twilio number in Marketplace to answer and look up callers.
Playbooks — org-stored cadences. List, compile from a prompt, create, and patch via /api/playbooks (session or orko_ key).
Trips — itineraries with a primary CRM person. Session JWT today; scoped API-key access is not shipped.
Mail & calendar — Google and Microsoft accounts from Profile → Marketplace. More than one Gmail or Outlook is supported; send and event create pick a mailbox.
SMS — Twilio in Marketplace; drafts go through work items, sends need comms:send.

Marketplace connections

Available in-product: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Twilio, Follow Up Boss, Nora, Grok Bot.
Nora — real-estate consult specialist. Setup is on /developers/nora, not a subsection here.
Grok Bot — webhook-first Hub teammate. Optional Local Connect and optional Orko Life MCP (job queue only).

For developers

External agents use Authorization: Bearer with a Clerk session JWT or an orko_ API key created under Profile → API keys. Prefer REST + signed webhooks for CRM write paths. The shipped MCP server is Orko Life at POST /api/hub/grok/mcp — Hub/Grok job tools only. A general CRM MCP that wraps Contacts, work items, and playbooks is not shipped.
